- What is Cartsy?
- Cartsy is a mobile app that connects users who we call list owners with personal shoppers. It allows users to create shopping lists, add a service charge, and connect with available shoppers in their area who are waiting to shop for them.
- How does Cartsy work?
- Users (List owners) create a shopping list, set a service charge, and send it out to available shoppers. Shoppers can bid for the list, and once connected, they communicate via in-app messaging to keep the list owner updated on the progress of the order.
- Who can use Cartsy?
- We build Cartsy for anyone who wants to save time and avoid the stress of shopping. It’s ideal for busy professionals, parents, or anyone who prefers to delegate their shopping tasks.
- Is Cartsy available in my location?
- Currently, Cartsy operates in Lagos, Abuja, Portharcourt, and Anambra state. If your location is not listed here, don’t worry, we will reach you soon.
- Can I edit my shopping list after sending it out?
- Yes, you can edit your list before a shopper accepts it. Once a shopper is connected, you’ll need to communicate any changes directly with them via the in-app chat.
- How do I choose a shopper?
- Shoppers will bid for your list based on your service charge. You can review their profiles, ratings, and bids before selecting the one that best meets your needs.
